Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Mamas Night Out, Inc. (“MNO”) is a Texas nonprofit corporation operating as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, credits, or transfers may be issued.
1. Membership Dues
All membership dues are non-refundable.
Membership benefits begin immediately upon payment and support the ongoing mission and operations of Mamas Night Out. No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for unused time or benefits.
2. Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows

Schedule conflicts

Personal emergencies

Weather conditions beyond MNO’s control
3. Transfers & Substitutions
Unless otherwise stated, member event tickets may be transferred to another member only. Paid for tickets can be transferred another eligible attendee.
Ticket transfers must be requested in writing prior to the event
MNO is not responsible for facilitating private ticket exchanges
4. Donations
All donations made to Mamas Night Out, Inc. are non-refundable as they are charitable contributions supporting our nonprofit mission.
5. Event Removal or Policy Violations
No refunds will be issued if a participant is removed from an event or membership due to:
Violation of community standards
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
Failure to comply with event guidelines or waivers
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original form of payment whenever possible.
