Mamas Night Out exists to foster connection, rest, joy, and community among Black mamas through intentional social experiences and supportive programming. All activities, memberships, and events align with our charitable mission and nonprofit purpose.

If MNO cancels an event, refund or credit options will be communicated

6. Event Liability & Assumption of Risk

By attending or participating in any Mamas Night Out event, program, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

Events may include physical movement, activities, or travel

You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Mamas Night Out, Inc., its board members, officers, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any liability arising from participation.

7. Photo, Video & Media Release

By attending Mamas Night Out events or programs, you grant permission for MNO to photograph, record, or capture your likeness, voice, and participation.

You agree that:

Photos and videos may be used for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes

Content may appear on our website, social media, newsletters, or promotional materials

No compensation is required or expected

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify event staff in advance.

8. Community Standards & Code of Conduct

Mamas Night Out is rooted in safety, respect, and collective care.

We reserve the right to remove any participant or member for behavior that is:

Harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe

Disruptive to the community

Inconsistent with our mission or values

Removal may occur without refund.
