Between endless detergent runs, growing messes, and the daily struggle to keep up, laundry became overwhelming.

One day, John had enough. He wished for a service that would simply take laundry off his hands—washed, folded, and returned—so he could spend more time with his family. When he realized that service didn’t exist, he created it.
